目的探讨多层螺旋CT以及核磁共振成像在肝小静脉闭塞病诊断中的临床价值。方法对自2004年12月至2011年9月间来我院就诊并接受CT及磁共振检查的30例肝小静脉闭塞症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均出现不同程度的肝损伤。经影像学检查发现所有患者均出现肝脏不同程度的体积增大、肝腹水及信号不均一等典型表现。经病理检查证实仅有1例患者诊断结果存在误差。诊断正确率为90%结论多层螺旋CT与核磁共振成像检查在肝小静脉闭塞症的诊断中具有较高的诊断正确率,适合在肝小静脉闭塞症的影像学诊断中广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis of occlusive disease of small venules of the liver. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 30 patients with hepatic venular occlusive disease who came to our hospital from December 2004 to September 2011 for CT and magnetic resonance imaging. Results All patients showed different degrees of liver injury. The imaging examination found that all patients showed varying degrees of liver volume increases, hepatic ascites and signal non-uniform typical performance. The pathological examination confirmed that only one patient had an erroneous diagnosis. The accuracy of diagnosis was 90%. Conclusions Multi-slice spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging are of high diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of hepatic veno-occlusive disease and are suitable for imaging diagnosis of hepatic veno-occlusive disease.
