用右心导管、颈动脉导管和心阻抗法观察了10例大鼠静脉注射当归前后吸入10%O_2后血流动力学变化;用Swan-Ganz导管等方法观察了10例伴肺动脉高压的缓解期慢性阻塞性肺病患者,肺动脉滴注当归前后的血流动力学变化。结果表明:大鼠注射当归后吸入10%O_2,肺动脉压上升的幅度明显低于用当归前(P<0.05);肺血管阻力也较前降低(P<0.05);10例患者中9例用当归后肺动咏压降低明显(P<0.01)。进一步证实了当归对肺动脉高压模型的大鼠肺动脉扩张作用。
The right hepatic catheter, carotid artery catheter and cardiac impedance method were used to observe the hemodynamic changes after inhalation of 10% O 2 before and after intravenous injection of angelica in 10 rats. The remission period of 10 patients with pulmonary hypertension was observed with Swan-Ganz catheter. In patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hemodynamic changes before and after pulmonary instillation of angelica. The results showed that after inhalation of 10% O 2 in rats injected with Angelica sinensis, the increase in pulmonary artery pressure was significantly lower than before (P<0.05); the pulmonary vascular resistance was also lower than before (P<0.05); 9 out of 10 patients Pulmonary arterial pressure decreased significantly after angelica (P<0.01). It further confirmed the effect of Angelica on pulmonary artery dilatation in rats with pulmonary hypertension.
