目的:选育高产优质山茱萸新品种。方法:在山茱萸种质资源调查、收集和综合评价的基础上,通过“优中选优”和快速嫁接繁殖的方法选育山茱萸新品种。结果:最终筛选出丰产、优质、果粒大、熟色好、抗性强和有效成分高的山茱萸新品种“石磙枣1号”。该新品种果实圆柱形,形似石磙,果色大红;果实大,单果纵径约19.10mm,横径10.20 mm,平均鲜百粒重156.0 g,单株平均产量23.2 kg;出肉率(鲜)高达82.4%,出药率达22.97%;有效成分马钱素、熊果酸和齐墩果酸含量分别高达1.135%、0.173%和0.077%,均高于其它品系。10月上旬果实成熟,抗性强,无明显病虫害。该品种春秋季采用芽接或劈接法嫁接成活后移栽,或通过高接换头的方法替换现有的品种,适宜在陕西南部及生态环境相似地区栽植推广。结论:“石磙枣1号”属于高产优质新品种。
Objective: To breed new varieties of high yield and quality dogwood. Methods: Based on the investigation, collection and comprehensive evaluation of the germplasm resources of Cornus officinalis, the new varieties of Cornus officinalis were bred through the method of “excellent selection of excellent quality” and rapid grafting. Results: A new variety of “Cornus officinalis” was screened out for its high yield, high quality, large fruit size, good ripe color, strong resistance and high active ingredient. The fruit of the new variety is cylindrical in shape, with the shape of red stone; the fruit is big, the longitudinal diameter of single fruit is about 19.10mm, the transverse diameter is 10.20mm, the average fresh weight of one hundred is 156.0g, the average yield of single plant is 23.2kg; ) Was as high as 82.4% and the rate of drug delivery was 22.97%. The contents of loganin, ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were 1.135%, 0.173% and 0.077%, respectively, higher than those of other strains. Early October fruit mature, strong resistance, no obvious pests and diseases. The varieties of spring and autumn using budding or splitting grafting survived after transplanting, or by replacing the existing high-head replacement species, suitable for planting in southern Shaanxi and similar areas of ecological promotion. Conclusion: “Shijie jujube 1 ” belongs to the new variety of high yield and quality.
