社会的发展使得我国公路领域不仅在建设上有了很大的发展,同时也使得公路管理等多个方面得到了更大的进步。然而,公路管理方面的进步,就要求公路管理领域要有一支与公路管理相匹配的人才队伍做保障。然而,随着公路管理的发展,公路领域对公路职工教育工作逐渐向着规范化和科学化的方向发展。因而,对公路职工教育工作的规范化与科学化的研究是十分有必要的。主要分析了当前公路职工教育中存在问题,并且提出了几点加强公路职工教育工作规范化与科学化的相关对策,旨在为提高我国公路的现代化管理而提出一些有价值的参考意见。
The development of society has not only made great progress in the road construction of our country, but also made great progress in many aspects such as highway management. However, progress in road management requires that there be a pool of qualified personnel in the field of road management that is compatible with road management. However, with the development of highway management, the road education of highway workers gradually becomes standardized and scientifically oriented. Therefore, it is very necessary to standardize and scientifically study the education of highway workers. This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems in the current highway staff education and puts forward some countermeasures to standardize and scientifically improve the education work of highway staff and proposes some valuable suggestions for improving the modern management of the highway in our country.
