焦点解决技术是一种后现代会谈和咨询技术,在其兴起的短短三十多年里,就因其聚焦解决、短时高效的特性,广泛应用在社区、医院、学校等社会机构,其在学校中的应用价值和效用更是得到了充分证实和高度的肯定。本文在分析焦点解决技术在高校共青团师生会谈中的适用性基础上,提出了应用焦点解决技术进行师生会谈应遵循的工作原则和流程,并归纳了会谈中应把握的技术要点,以提高高校共青团工作中师生会谈的效果。
