校本教研是教育理论转化为教育实际的桥梁,是提高教师自身素质、促进教师专业化成长的有效途径。针对当前农村中小学校本教研管理现状,我们根据系统科学原理和行为科学理论,为农村中小学校本教研管理提出了导向机制、动力机制、约束机制等策略。
School-based teaching and research is the transformation of educational theory into an actual bridge of education, which is an effective way to improve the quality of teachers and promote the professional growth of teachers. Aiming at the current situation of school-based teaching and research management in primary and secondary schools in rural areas, we put forward strategies such as guiding mechanism, motive mechanism and restraining mechanism for rural primary and middle school teaching and research management according to the principles of system science and behavioral science.
