携带乙肝病毒和人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)的母亲其新生儿乙型肝类和HIV感染很常见。乙肝疫苗和乙肝免疫球蛋白可预防新生儿感染乙肝以及发展成为病毒携带者。本文作者报道2例新生儿应用乙肝免疫球蛋白后,HIV试验均阳性。检查其母亲,乙肝表面抗原均阳性,亦属于HIV感染的高危组人群。病例1,21岁,女,38周正常阴道分娩,男婴体重2075克。其母亲乙肝表面抗原和乙肝e抗原均阳性,父亲亦同样。父母亲均有静脉药瘾史,但其母否认妊娠期间应用过药物。新生儿于出生48小时给予0.5ml乙肝免疫球蛋白,并给予乙肝疫苗主动免疫。母亲血清检查用酶联免疫吸附测定法(EIA)或蛋白印迹法证实无
Mothers with hepatitis B virus and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) are common in newborns with hepatitis B and HIV infection. Hepatitis B vaccine and hepatitis B immunoglobulin can prevent neonatal infection of hepatitis B and develop into a virus carrier. The authors reported two newborns with hepatitis B immunoglobulin, HIV test were positive. Check their mothers, hepatitis B surface antigen were positive, but also belong to the high-risk group of HIV-infected people. Cases 1,21 years old, female, 38 weeks normal vaginal delivery, baby boy weighing 2075 grams. The mother of hepatitis B surface antigen and hepatitis B e antigen were positive, the same father.
