目的 :调查空调隔尘网表面真菌孳生情况。方法 :棉拭法采集空调隔尘网表面积尘 ,普通营养琼脂培养 ,乳酸酚棉兰染色法鉴定菌种。结果 :5 3 .61%(965 /180 0 )标本培养出真菌 ,学校、饭店、娱乐场所和医院的空调隔尘网表面积尘标本真菌培养阳性率分别为 3 6.0 9%(166/4 60 )、 73 .93%(4 14 /5 60 )、 77.14%(2 70 /3 5 0 )、 2 6.74%(115 /4 3 0 ) ,差异具显著性 (χ2 =3 5 2 .49,P“,”Objective: To investigate the situations of fungi on the surfaces of filters in air conditioners. Methods: Swabbing was used to collect dust on the surfaces of filters in air conditioners, and ordinary nutrient medium was used to culture fungi, lactate gossypol staining was used to identify species and families of fungi.
