企业组织创新是企业适应外部环境,获得并维持竞争优势的重要手段。当前绿色经济已经成为世界经济发展的一种共同理念,进而影响到市场的价值取向与产业结构的升级。基于全球绿色经济建设潮流,企业所面临的外环境在发生相应的变化,作为社会经济微观主体的企业只有适应社会经济发展的大趋势才能在激烈的市场竞争中获得生存与发展的空间。因此,探索基于绿色经济的企业组织创新模式具有重要的现实意义。目前,这方面的研究还没有广泛开展,文章的边际贡献在于在此领域进行了试探性拓展。
Enterprise organizational innovation is an important means for enterprises to adapt to the external environment and acquire and maintain competitive advantages. At present, the green economy has become a common concept in world economic development, which in turn affects the value orientation of the market and the upgrading of the industrial structure. Based on the trend of global green economy construction, the external environment faced by enterprises is correspondingly changed. Enterprises that are the main body of social economy can survive and develop in the fierce market competition only when they adapt to the general trend of social economic development. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore the innovative mode of business organization based on green economy. At present, the research in this field has not been carried out widely, and the marginal contribution of this article lies in exploratory exploration in this field.
