目的 探讨自拟活血康元汤对周围神经损伤的保护作用。方法 以Wistar大鼠坐骨神经捻挫为动物模型 ,用复合中药制剂活血康元汤给Wistar大鼠灌胃 ,设立四个对照组 ,分别为水组、VB1 、VB1 2 组、颈复康组、针灸组。五组于周围神经损伤后不同时期检测感觉神经传导速度 (SCV)、病理形态计量学图像分析、坐骨神经功能指数 (SFI)及电镜下的超微结构研究。结果 活血康元汤组SCV、SFI、有髓纤维的密度好于水组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,与其他三组比较相差无显著性 (P >0 .0 5)。电镜下活血康元汤组髓鞘的厚度、轴突直径好于其他四组。结论 活血康元汤能促进Wistar大鼠坐骨神经损伤后的有髓纤维再生 ,能促进感觉、运动神经纤维的恢复 ,是一种有效的治疗周围神经损伤的药物。
Objective To explore the protective effect of Huoxue Kangyuan Decoction on peripheral nerve injury. Methods Wistar rat sciatic nerve was used as animal model, and compound Chinese medicine preparation Huoxue Kangyuan Decoction was given to Wistar rats. Four control groups were established, namely water group, VB1, VB1 2 group, Jingfukang group and acupuncture group. . The sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV), histomorphometric image analysis, sciatic nerve function index (SFI) and ultrastructure under electron microscope were measured in five groups after peripheral nerve injury. Results The density of SCV, SFI and myelinated fibers in Huoxue Kangyuan Decoction group was better than that in water group (P < 0.01), and there was no significant difference compared with other three groups (P > 0.05). Under electron microscope, the myelin thickness and axon diameter of Huoxue Kangyuan Decoction group were better than the other four groups. Conclusion Huoxue Kangyuan Decoction can promote the regeneration of myelinated fibers after sciatic nerve injury in Wistar rats, and can promote the recovery of sensory and motor nerve fibers. It is an effective medicine for the treatment of peripheral nerve injury.
