本文叙述了推土机刀刃用钢31Si2CrMoB的冶炼工艺、初轧开坯、钢板轧制。试生产中钢板经过950℃水淬、350℃回火的热处理制度后,机械性能达到了技术条件规定的指标。进行了不同含碳量与磨损量的试验,随着含碳量增加,相对磨损量减少.探讨了回火温度对耐磨性的影响,试验表明回火温度提高,相对耐磨系数明显下降. 与日本小松刀刃钢进行了对比试验,其机械性能、金相组织、断口形貌、夹杂物、脱碳层、磨损试验等均达到了日本进口钢板的实物水平。
This paper describes the bulldozer blade steel 31Si2CrMoB smelting process, the initial bloom billet, steel rolling. After the trial production of steel plate after 950 ℃ water quenching, tempering at 350 ℃ heat treatment system, the mechanical properties have reached the technical conditions specified targets. The tests of different carbon content and wear amount were carried out, and the relative wear amount decreased with the increase of carbon content.The influence of tempering temperature on the wear resistance was discussed. The results showed that the tempering temperature increased and the relative wear resistance decreased obviously. Japan Komatsu blade steel with a comparative test, the mechanical properties, microstructure, fracture morphology, inclusions, decarburization, wear test, etc. have reached the level of Japan’s imports of steel.
