一、引言综合国力测定与比较是基于国家利益的需要。进行综合国力测定的目的,首先是客观地观察我国在国际上的地位,协调与国际社会各方面的关系,为我国的生存和发展寻求一种科学的对策;其次在于从综合国力的要素构成、结构特征等方面寻求提高综合国力的途径,以期极大限度地增强我国综合国力水平。
I. Introduction Comprehensive national strength measurement and comparison are based on the needs of the national interest. The purpose of carrying out the comprehensive national strength test is firstly to objectively observe the status of our country in the world, to coordinate the relations with all aspects of the international community and to seek a scientific countermeasure for the survival and development of our country. Secondly, from the elements of comprehensive national strength, Structural characteristics and other aspects to seek ways to improve the overall national strength with a view to maximize the level of China’s overall national strength.
