自从全国雕塑项目以投标的方式出现后,一些不正常的现象也随之产生。个别城市打着政府的旗号,向全国发出招标信息。可是当把雕塑家设计成果搞到手以后,这场雕塑投标便不了了之,没有回音,没有结果;更有甚者,以市委的招牌,把当地或全国有关专家,请到了评选会场。经过评选确定的作品,最后结果却不公布,不尊重艺术家的劳动。这样长期搞下去,政府的威信就会下降,信任度也会逐渐淡化。
Since the national sculpture projects appear by way of bidding, some abnormal phenomena have also arisen.
