先以壳聚糖(CS)为造孔剂,分别选用SiO2、CaSiO3和CaCO3为添加剂,电泳沉积制得HA/SiO2、HA/CaSiO3和HA/CaCO3复合涂层,随后在700°C下烧结处理2 h,得到3种多孔复合涂层。对复合涂层与基体之间的结合强度、组成、耐腐蚀性、生物活性等性能进行表征。结果表明,3种添加剂都与HA(羟基磷灰石)发生了共沉积,3种复合涂层与基体之间的结合强度和耐腐蚀性能均优于HA涂层,可延长HA涂层作为骨替代材料的使用周期,HA/SiO2和HA/CaSiO3复合涂层具有良好的诱导骨生长生物活性,有望成为新一代骨替代植入材料。
