医院药剂科的管理是一门业务性很强的综合性管理科学。随着科学技术的发展,药剂工作的科学管理也势在必行。 遵照《医院药剂管理办法》的规定,我院药剂科在院长的直接领导下承担着医院药品的供应管理,药物咨询和技术开发工作。我院建院设计规模为200张病床,300人次门诊,随着时间的推移加上我院所处地理位置,目前已增加到501张病床,日平均门诊量2000人次。为保证临床治疗用药,药剂科承担着综合性医院近千种药品的购入和120个品种的自制制剂。在院领导的关怀和支持下,全科同志共同努力,较好地完成各项工作任务,使我院药剂科得到较快的发展。
Hospital pharmacy management is a highly professional business management science. With the development of science and technology, the scientific management of pharmaceutical work is also imperative. In accordance with the provisions of the “Measures for the Administration of Pharmacy in Hospitals”, the pharmacy department of our hospital undertakes the supply management, drug consultation and technical development of hospital medicines under the direct leadership of the president. Our hospital has a design capacity of 200 beds and 300 clinics. As time goes by, with the geographical location of our hospital, it has now increased to 501 beds and the daily average outpatient volume is 2000. In order to ensure the clinical treatment of medication, Pharmacy Branch undertakes the purchase of nearly 1,000 kinds of medicines and 120 kinds of homemade preparations in general hospitals. With the care and support of the leadership of the hospital, all the comrades working together to better accomplish various tasks and enable the rapid development of the pharmacy department in our hospital.
