检验红旗-100和上海-120推土机半轴弯曲度的专用工具如附图所示。在拆完减速齿轮盖及齿轮等件之后,利用此工具即可检验半轴的弯曲度。如被检半轴的弯曲度在允许范围内,就不必再将半轴从机架上拆下,减少了不必要的工作量,节省了时间和减轻了劳动强度。如附图所示,螺母套11用平键及挡圈固定在螺母12上,螺母与锥套连接,转套8用压板10装在锥套7外。螺母有M42×2和M45×2各一只,分别用于检验红旗-100和上海-120推土机
Special tools for examining the half-axis bending of Hongqi-100 and Shanghai-120 bulldozers are shown in the attached drawings. After removing the reduction gear cover and gear, etc., use this tool to check the half-axis bending. If the tortuosity of the tested axle is within the allowable range, it is not necessary to remove the axle from the rack, which reduces the unnecessary workload, saves time and reduces labor intensity. As shown in the drawing, the nut cover 11 is fixed on the nut 12 with a flat key and a retaining ring, and the nut is connected with the taper sleeve.
