社会人力资源管理体系中的重要组成部分之一就是事业单位人力资源管理,事业单位的人事管理改革,不仅是适应自身发展的要求,同时也是适应社会不断发展的要求。因此文章就主要论述了目前事业单位人力资源管理改革中存在的一些问题,并且有针对性的提出了一些相应对策,来促进事业单位人力资源管理改革的进行。
One of the most important components in the system of social human resources management is the management of human resources in public institutions and personnel management reform in public institutions not only to meet the requirements of self-development but also to meet the continuous development of the society.
