石油石化行业的腐蚀问题一直存在,对于不同的材料和介质,腐蚀过程各有不同。针对中国石油克拉玛依石化公司延迟焦化水箱管束外壁的腐蚀问题展开讨论,从水箱结构、水质、管束材质以及操作原因等方面,分析管束外壁腐蚀的原因,提出增加阳极保护、更换管束材质及优化操作管理等措施,有效地控制了水箱的腐蚀问题,保证了装置的安全平稳生产。
The corrosion problem in the petroleum and petrochemical industry has always existed. For different materials and media, the corrosion process is different. In view of the corrosion of the external wall of delayed coking water tank in Kelamayi Petrochemical Company, this paper analyzes the reasons of the corrosion on the external wall of the pipe bundle from the aspects of the water tank structure, water quality, the material of the pipe bundle and the operation reasons, and proposes to increase the anode protection, replace the material of the tube bundle and optimize the operation management And other measures to effectively control the corrosion of the tank to ensure the safe and stable production of the device.
