1995年全国社会保障财务决算工作会议于10月17日在陕西省西安市召开,44个省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市财政厅(局)负责社会保障经费和企业职工养老、失业保险基金决算工作的百余位同志参加了会议。社会保障司副司长路和平同志、陕西省财政厅副厅长丁全德同志、西安市财政局副局长胡剑虹同志等参加了开幕式并讲了话。这次会议的主要内容是:布置1995年社会保障财务决算,总结1994年“两项基金”决算编报工作,研究和讨论社会保障财务决算的有关规章制度。会议还对1994年“两项基金”决算工作做得比较好的26个先进单位给予了表彰。
In 1995, the National Conference on the Work of Financial Security Final Accounts was held in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province on October 17, and the Finance Bureau (bureau) of 44 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities under separate state planning was responsible for the social security funds and end-of-life insurance for enterprise employees and the final accounts for unemployment insurance funds Hundreds of working people attended the meeting. Deputy Secretary for Social Security Comrade Lu Heping, Vice Minister Ding Quande of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Finance, Comrade Hu Jianhong, deputy director of Xi’an Municipal Finance Bureau, attended the opening ceremony and made a speech. The main contents of this meeting are: laying out 1995 social security financial accounts, summarizing 1994 “two funds ” final accounts work, studying and discussing the relevant rules and regulations of social security financial accounts. The meeting also commended 26 advanced units that had done a good job in settling the 1994 accounts of the “two funds.”
