《医学与哲学》1990年9期,载有王绪善同志的《肿瘤与自然选择》,读后有如下不同看法,提出与之商榷。一、逻辑上的错误 1.自相矛盾。生物进化主要决定于遗传与变异矛盾斗争与统一,是有方向的,表现为定向的进化,这里选择起着重要作用。人工选择一般是以个体的选择对象,而自然选择则是对群体发生作用。自然选择的过程,主要是通过选择引起种内群体基因频率发生改变,产生物类型的更替。达尔文把有利变异得到保存,有害变异受到淘汰的过程,叫自然选择。而作者在其文章开始就说,“选择对肿瘤的形成起导向作用或者说关
