无论从自然环境、生活条件等方面衡量,川东石油开发公司采气12队都是极艰苦的。但恰恰是这个各方面条件都不太好的队,党支部如同强有力的磁场一样,吸引了职工向党支部靠拢。全队57人,加入了党组织和向党组织交了入党申请书的职工占全队总人数的46.3％。所有的班组长、大中专毕业生、工程技术人员、生产骨干和未入党的行政领导,均向队党支部交了入党申请书。 就在当今一些人、一些地方叹息党的威信下降甚至对党的领导能力怀疑的情况下,采气12队职工为什么要踊跃加入党组织,探流溯源,他们的作法并没有什么特别处,关键在于实在,让职工信服。
