鉴于某些电机转子轴结构强度设计上固有的缺陷以及对设备维修使用的不当,使设备处于恶劣的工作条件下超载运行,最终导致电机转子断轴的设备事故在部分企业中屡有发生。关于电机转子断轴的修复,曾经有过一些经验介绍,虽然各有其特点,但也有着相对的局限性。我厂在修复电机转子断轴时,采用销联接结构。见附图。其修理工艺过程介绍如下。首先在转子轴断裂端精镗出与轴颈直径相应的内孔,将有过盈量的接长轴半成品压装到内孔中。根据电动机额定功率和转子轴颈直径确定联接销的直径和个数。必要时按销联接强度公式进行强度校核。在沿接合面轴向钻铰销孔后,将具有适宜过盈量的销子压
