0 前言 高等学校体育工作的主要目的是使学生掌握一定的运动技能,培养锻练身体的良好习惯,促进身体健康发育,增强学生体质. 体育教学是实现这一目的形式之一,艺术体操是《高等学校体育教学大纲》规定的选项教材之一,通过艺术体操课的教学,不仅向学生传授体育的基本知识、技术、技能、同时也能培养学生的审美意识和健美的形体,使学生受益无穷.那么,怎样激发学生学习的积极性和兴趣、调动情感,更好地完成教学任务,教师的微笑所产生的效应是不可估量的,可以说微笑的魅力是无穷的,它可以称为一门艺术.所谓微笑艺术,即是无需用语言表达,就能缩短彼此心理距离,减缓矛盾,增加友谊,增进信心的表现形式.流行于美国的一首小诗,对微笑艺术作了最好的刻化:微笑不需要成本/却创造价值连城/微笑不使给予者贫穷/却使接受者富有/微笑发生在一瞬间/却在记忆中永存/没有人富裕得不需要它/贫穷的人却因受益于它而更充实/微笑是朋友给予的回报/微笑给疲乏者带来慰藉/微笑给灰心者带来希望/微笑给悲哀者带来光明/微笑又是消除烦恼的天然良药.
