信息社会正向我们走来，而科技期刊上网目前还有许多问题尚未解决，这里面有技术上的问题也有其它方面的原因。根据实际情况，主要就以下方面进行了探讨：内容和形式的调整问题，格式兼容问题，输入技术，计算机智能核对问题，硬件设备问题，人才资源问题，政府的支持和引导。
The information society is coming to us, and there are still many problems in the sci-tech periodical online. There are other technical reasons for this. According to the actual situation, we mainly discuss the following aspects: content and form adjustment, format compatibility, input technology, computer intelligent checking, hardware equipment, talent resources, government support and guidance.
