油菜种子经2~5℃低温处理及冬、春两季10个播期试验,研究了采用真空渗入法对油菜进行CaMVCABB-BJI和Bari-Ⅰ株系基因Ⅵ转移时适宜植株形态的建成方法。结果表明,芥菜型油菜低温处理10,20,30d,均可明显促进抽薹,春季3月18日播种或冬季10月11日播种最适于形成理想的转化态植株。甘蓝型及白菜型油菜种子经低温处理不能通过春化。甘蓝型油菜冬季10月26日播种,白菜型油菜冬季10月11日播种或春季3月12日播种,易形成适于转移的植株形态。
After rapeseeds were treated with 2 ~ 5 ℃ low temperature and 10 sowing dates in winter and spring, the suitable methods for plant morphogenesis of CaMVCABB-BJI and Bari-Ⅰ lines were studied by vacuum infiltration method. The results showed that B. juncea rapeseed could be induced to bolting at low temperature for 10, 20, 30 d, and sowing on March 18 in spring or October 11 in winter was most suitable for forming the ideal transformed plant. Brassica napus and cabbage rapeseed can not pass vernalization after low temperature treatment. Brassica napus winter sowing on October 26, cabbage rape winter sowing on October 11 or spring March 12 sowing, easy to form suitable for the transfer of plant morphology.
