测定110例各种慢性肝病患者血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ),透明质酸(HA)与常规肝功能试验。结果表明:与正常人及慢迁肝患者比较,血清 PCⅢ及 HA 在慢活肝、肝硬化及肝硬化并原发性肝癌组均显著升高(P<0.01)。且与常规肝功能试验变化无相关性。提示血清 PCⅢ及 HA 测定有助于肝纤维化的诊断。
The serum levels of type Ⅲ procollagen (PC Ⅲ), hyaluronic acid (HA) and routine liver function were measured in 110 patients with various chronic liver diseases. The results showed that the serum levels of PCⅢ and HA were significantly increased in patients with chronic liver cancer, cirrhosis and cirrhosis with primary liver cancer (P <0.01). And no correlation with the change of routine liver function test. Tip serum PC Ⅲ and HA determination contribute to the diagnosis of liver fibrosis.
