在小组合作教学中普遍存在后进生不参与合作学习的现象。这一现象违背了素质教育的本质要求,不利于实现全体学生的全面发展。针对这一问题,通过科学建组、实行多种奖励政策、设立层次合作目标、分类指导等办法建立有效机制进行尝试,收到明显成效。
In group co-teaching there is a common phenomenon that postgraduates do not participate in cooperative learning. This phenomenon runs counter to the essential requirement of quality education and is not conducive to the all-round development of all students. In response to this problem, we have tried our best to establish effective mechanisms by scientifically constructing groups, implementing various incentive policies, setting up cooperation targets at different levels and guiding by categories, and achieved remarkable results.
