For an understanding of general and individual characteristics of genomic DNAs from Fasciolahepatica and Fasciolopsis buski,comparative studies on base composition and restriction fragmentlength differences were carried out. The results were as follows:1.The Melting Temperature(Tm)of DNA from F.hepatica is about75.17℃ and that of DNA from F.buski is about 76.52℃.Consequently,the base composition(G+Cmol%)of these two kinds of DNA are 51.89% and 55.19% respectively.The difference indicated that
