科学技术和社会生产力的发展 ,对产品质量提出了越来越高的要求 ,也促使人们使用多种多样的方法来解决产品质量存在的问题。企业推行全面质量管理 ,采用质量教育、质量责任制和工艺纪律考核 ,是企业“用更经济的手段实现顾客的满足” ,建立一个完善而有效的质量体系 ,并使其发挥作用的前提和保证。本文从纵向的角度 ,阐述了质量教育、质量责任制和工艺纪律考核共同运作时因果、协调及支持作用。
The development of science, technology and social productivity has raised higher and higher requirements on the quality of products and also prompted people to use a wide range of methods to solve the problems of product quality. Enterprises to implement total quality management, the use of quality education, quality responsibility system and process discipline assessment, the enterprise “more economical means to achieve customer satisfaction,” to establish a sound and effective quality system, and to play a role in the premise and guarantee . This paper elaborates on the causal, coordinating and supportive role of quality education, quality responsibility system and process discipline assessment from a vertical perspective.
