口服耐受形成受多种因素的影响 ,如口服抗原的剂量 ,抗原的性质 ,宿主遗传背景 ,发育程度 ,抗原处理呈递的过程等。肠上皮细胞 ,DCs ,γδT细胞在口服耐受的形成机制中都可能起着重要作用 ,本文将简要介绍目前这方面的研究进展。
The formation of oral tolerance is affected by many factors, such as the dose of oral antigens, the nature of the antigen, the genetic background of the host, the degree of development, the process of antigen presentation, and the like. Intestinal epithelial cells, DCs, γδT cells may play an important role in the mechanism of oral tolerance, this article will briefly introduce the current research progress in this area.
