目的:完善农村卫生监督执法体系,提高卫生监督执法效率。方法:实施卫生监督派出机构、镇(街道)助理卫生监督员和村居卫生监督协管员制度。结果:经过3年多的实践,卫生监督资源得到充分整合,卫生监督执法工作实现了全覆盖,卫生监督执法能力进一步增强、水平进一步提高,取得了显著成效,获浙江省卫生监督工作先进集体,三级卫生监督体系建设受到浙江省卫生厅卫生监督局的肯定,并在全省会议上介绍。结论:实施市(县)、镇(乡)、村三级卫生监督体系建设,切合当前农村卫生监督执法工作实际,为卫生监督全覆盖提供机构机制保障。
Objective: To improve the rural health supervision and law enforcement system and improve the efficiency of health supervision and law enforcement. Methods: The implementation of health supervision agencies, town (street) assistant health supervisor and village health supervision coordinator system. Results: After more than three years of practice, the health supervision resources were fully integrated, the health supervision and law enforcement work was fully covered, the capability of health supervision and law enforcement was further enhanced, the level was further improved, and remarkable achievements were made. It was awarded as “Advanced Collective of Health Inspection in Zhejiang Province” The construction of tertiary health supervision system was affirmed by the Health Supervision Bureau of Zhejiang Provincial Health Department and introduced at the provincial conference. Conclusion: The construction of the three levels of health supervision system in cities (counties), towns (townships) and villages is in line with the current practice of rural health supervision and law enforcement, and provides the institutional guarantee for the full coverage of health supervision.
