本文应用ABC免疫酶标亲合组织化学技术及粘液组织化学技术对117例胃癌的粘液分泌及双花扁豆凝集素(DBA)受体表达进行了观察。结果显示,胃癌组织DBA受体表达率与癌的组织学类型无关,而与胃癌的组织化学分型有关,其中肠型胃癌的DBA受体表达率及硫酸粘液检出率均显著高于胃型胃癌(P均<0.01)。肠型胃癌的肠化检出率显著高于胃型胃癌(P<0.01),肠型胃癌旁肠化DBA受体表达率显著高于胃型胃癌旁肠化(P<0.05)。结果表明,肠型胃癌可能起源于肠化粘膜特别是柱状细胞分泌硫酸粘液的肠化粘膜,而胃型胃癌可能起源于胃固有上皮
In this study, ABC immunohistochemistry and mucohistochemical techniques were used to observe the mucus secretion of 117 cases of gastric cancer and the expression of DBA receptors. The results showed that the expression rate of DBA receptor in gastric cancer tissues was not related to the histological type of cancer, but related to the histochemical type of gastric cancer. The DBA receptor expression rate and the detection rate of sulfuric acid mucus in intestinal cancer were significantly higher than those in gastric type. Gastric cancer (P all <0.01). The detection rate of intestinal metastasis in intestinal type gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in gastric type gastric cancer (P<0.01). The expression rate of DBA receptor in intestinal paragastric intestinal metaplasia was significantly higher than that in gastric type gastric carcinoma (P<0.05). . The results showed that intestinal type gastric cancer may originate in the intestinal mucosa, especially the columnar cells secrete mucinous intestinal mucosa, while gastric gastric cancer may originate in the gastric epithelium.
