体育锻炼作为大学生课外活动的主要内容,近年来在大学生中呈现出普遍性和多元化的发展趋势。本文通过调查了解大同大学非体育专业学生参加课外活动的现状以及形式,针对不同的活动方式进行分析研究,为学生参加体育锻炼提供积极的影响和良好的建议。加强大学生课外活动中坚持体育锻炼,有助于提高大学生独立锻炼的能力,促进大学生养成终身参加体育锻炼的习惯,从而达到体育锻炼的目的。
As the main content of college students’ extra-curricular activities, physical exercise has shown a universal and diversified development trend among college students in recent years. This article investigates the status quo and forms of extra-curricular activities of non-PE majors in Datong University through investigation, analyzes and studies the different ways of activities, and provides a positive impact and good advice for students to participate in physical exercises. To strengthen college students’ extracurricular activities, insist on physical exercise, help improve the ability of college students to exercise independently, and promote college students to develop life-long physical exercise habits, so as to achieve the purpose of physical exercise.
