焊前,对欲焊的铸铁件和低碳钢件用钢丝刷清理,去掉铁锈,露出金属光泽。将接头开成 X 型坡口,角度为65°,选用 BS—500交流弧焊机,结606焊条,焊条直径3.2毫米,选电流大小为110安;焊条直径4毫米时,选电流大小为180安,焊条在300℃烘干2小时。先在铸铁件上堆焊4~6毫米的过渡层。待过渡层冷却下来(摸上去不烫手)后,进行装配点固焊。对接焊时,使焊件处于自山伸缩状态,每堆焊30~40毫米,停下来用尖头锤敲击焊缝,使焊缝冷却到70~80℃
