位于渤海辽东湾海域内的海洋石油平台,在冬季冰期由于受到冬季海冰撞击,致使用于联接平台与立管卡子的螺栓紧固件极易出现松脱丢失等情况,对海洋石油平台的安全运行产生了严重影响。本文针对上述问题并结合工程实例,详细介绍了防松垫圈在该区域海洋石油平台的应用。实践证明,采用该原理的防松垫圈,立管卡子螺栓紧固件松脱现象得到了有效解决,对预防和消除海石油平台的溢油、天然气泄漏等安全隐患起到了积极作用。
Offshore oil platform located in the area of Liaodong Bay in the Bohai Sea is prone to release and looseness due to the winter sea ice impingement during the winter ice period, which makes the bolt fasteners used for connecting the platform and the riser pipe clamps vulnerable to loss and so on. The safety of the offshore oil platform Operation has a serious impact. In view of the above problems and engineering examples, this paper introduces the application of the lock washers in offshore oil platforms in this area. Practice has proved that the use of the principle of the lock washers, riser clamp bolt fasteners loose phenomenon has been effectively solved, to prevent and eliminate offshore oil spills, natural gas leaks and other security risks have played a positive role.
