采集中国辽宁省沈阳市汉族、朝鲜族及湖南省土家族、苗族、白族人群各50份血样、通过 PCR、PCR-CTPP 方法,对 HLA-DQα位点进行检测,结果在汉族、土家族、苗族、白族、朝鲜族 HLA-DQα位点,汉族检出8个等位基因,21种基因型。经 X2检验,5个民族之间在 HLA-DQα位点,基因频率的分布有显著性差异。而且5个民族 HLA-DQα位点的个体识别机率(PD)为0.78~0.82,平均排除率(MEc)为0.59~0.85,在个体识别及亲权鉴定中有较高应用价值。
Fifty blood samples were collected from Han, South Koreans and Tujia, Miao and Bai nationalities in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China. The HLA-DQα loci were detected by PCR and PCR-CTPP. Results showed that HLA- , HLA-DQα locus in Bai nationality and Korean nationality, Han nationality detected 8 alleles and 21 genotypes. The X2 test showed that there was a significant difference in the distribution of the gene frequencies among the five ethnic groups at HLA-DQα locus. Moreover, the odds ratio (PD) of HLA-DQα loci in five ethnic groups was 0.78-0.82, and the average exclusion rate (MEc) was 0.59-0.85, which indicated that HLA-DQα locus had high value in identifying individuals and paternity testing.
