在石油企业中,科学的财务管理能够有效监管企业财务活动的各环节,使资源配置达到最优,以减少资金浪费,提高企业整体资金运转率,最大可能的提高经济利润。目前我国的石油企业的财务管理中多方面存在不足,阻碍了财务管理的高效专业化发展。本文分析了我国石油企业财务管理的弊病,并提出了切实有效的改革对策。
In petroleum enterprises, scientific financial management can effectively supervise all aspects of the financial activities of enterprises so as to optimize the allocation of resources, reduce the waste of funds, improve the overall capital operation rate of the enterprises and maximize the economic profits. At present, there are many deficiencies in the financial management of China’s petroleum enterprises, hindering the efficient and specialized development of financial management. This article analyzes the shortcomings of the financial management of China’s oil companies and puts forward practical and effective reform measures.
