我这个发言不能叫学术报告。因为学术性不强。只是提出几个问题,便于大家共同探讨。 上月底去日本参加日中技术交流会成立十周年纪念大会,对方要求在会上作个报告,介绍一下中国建筑界的情况。为此准备了一篇稿子。这里讲的足以那篇稿子为基础,适当作了一些增删,希望同志们指正。
