本文运用虎克定律和起升运动学的基本原理,提出了石油钻机滑轮效率精确测试的新方法。通过对滑轮效率的测试结果表明:石油钻机单滑轮效率为0.97;使用弯板式传感器可以在不停机、不切断钢丝绳和大载荷情况下测试钻机载荷。
In this paper, we use the basic principles of Hooke’s law and lifting kinematics, and propose a new method for accurate testing of the oil rig pulley’s efficiency. The test results of the pulley efficiency show that the single-pulley oil rig efficiency is 0.97. The curved plate sensor can test the rig load without stopping the machine and without cutting off the wire rope and large load.
