本文对现行制造工艺所获得的船用8E350ZDC 柴油机球铁曲轴进行了试棒的机械性能试验和金相组织分析。在此基础上,利用自行设计研制的曲轴共振型弯曲疲劳试验机,进行了原尺寸曲轴单拐试样的弯曲疲劳试验,测定了曲轴的名义应力、圆角应力及其分布情况,应力集中系数,以及曲轴疲劳极限等数据。文中还阐述了由轴疲劳试验的测试方法和数据处理方法,并示出了曲轴单拐试样经疲劳试验断裂后的断口图片。
In this paper, the mechanical properties test and microstructure analysis of the test tube of the marine 8E350ZDC diesel ductile iron crankshaft obtained from the current manufacturing process were carried out.
