黑龙江省牡丹江市第一高级中学将课程分为八个学习领域,为学生个性化、最优化发展提供了宽阔的平台,取得了一定成效,但在实施中也因高考和区位劣势的影响,受到学生选择意愿、教师工作状态、专家资源、运行条件的制约。学校通过改变学生评价方式、建立教师教育质量监控体系、探索与校外联合培养人才机制、建设与优化配套设施等解决相关问题。
