本文从高血脂的形成与危害出发 ,按照降血脂的作用机理与调节血脂的功能因子的具体要求 ,特别是根据有关调节血脂的功能因子的作用原理 ,详细论述了新型植物资源、有完全营养食品之称的花粉中调节血脂的功能因子 ,如多不饱和脂肪酸 ,黄酮类化合物 ,多糖类物质 ,蛋白质、肽和氨基酸 ,以及功能性维生素等。并对花粉类调节血脂保健食品的开发方向进行了展望。
