目的锎-252中子腔内后装治疗宫颈癌疗效观察。方法应用锎-252中子腔内后装治疗加全盆外照射治疗32例宫颈癌患者,观察疗效、并发症发生情况。结果 32例患者近期疗效完全缓解30例,部分缓解2例。并发症,急性期轻度放射性直肠炎4例,放射性膀胱炎0例。结论锎-252中子具有较强的肿瘤杀伤力,治疗宫颈癌疗效好,对正常组织损伤小,并发症少而轻。
Objective 锎 -252 neutron afterloading in the treatment of cervical cancer efficacy. Methods 32 cases of cervical cancer patients were treated with 锎 -252 neutron in-posterior treatment plus external pelvic irradiation, and the curative effect and complications were observed. Results 32 cases of the immediate effect of complete remission in 30 cases, partial remission in 2 cases. Complications, 4 cases of mild radiation proctitis in acute stage, 0 cases of radiation cystitis. Conclusion 锎 -252 neutron has a strong tumor-killing effect, the treatment of cervical cancer is good, less damage to normal tissue, fewer complications and light.
