目的:研究银花排毒胶囊(Ⅰ)治疗痤疮、抗炎、镇痛作用,为Ⅰ的进一步研究开发提供依据。方法:建立煤焦油致兔耳痤疮模型,分为正常对照组、模型对照组、解毒痤疮丸组(1.68 g.kg-1)、Ⅰ高、中、低剂量组(3.26,1.63,0.82 g.kg-1),口服给药2周,观察兔耳造模处局部皮肤的变化,并进行耳痤疮病理组织学检查;建立蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀模型,分为模型对照组、解毒痤疮丸组(3.24 g.kg-1)、Ⅰ高、中、低剂量组(6.30,3.15,1.58 g.kg-1),口服给药5 d,测定致炎前后足体积变化;建立二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型、冰醋酸致小鼠疼痛模型,分为模型对照组、解毒痤疮丸组(4.68 g.kg-1)、Ⅰ高、中、低剂量组(9.10,4.55,2.28 g.kg-1),口服给药5 d,分别观察耳廓炎性肿胀度及扭体次数。结果:Ⅰ3个剂量组家兔耳痤疮形成强度和耳痤疮反应强度均明显减小(P<0.01),并且能显著降低小鼠耳廓肿胀度和降低大鼠足跖肿胀度(P<0.01);高,中剂量组能明显减少小鼠的扭体反应次数(P<0.01);低剂量组对扭体反应无明显影响。结论:Ⅰ具有明显的抗痤疮、抗炎和镇痛作用,值得进一步研究开发和推广。
Objective: To study the Yinhua detoxification capsules (Ⅰ) for the treatment of acne, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, to provide the basis for further research and development. Methods: A model of rabbit ear acne caused by coal tar was established and divided into normal control group, model control group, detoxifying acne pill group (1.68 g.kg-1), high, medium and low dose group (3.26,1.63,0.82 g). kg-1) were given orally for 2 weeks to observe the changes of the local skin of rabbits’ ear molds and to observe the histopathology of ear acne. To establish the model of paw edema induced by egg white in rats, and divided into model control group, detoxifying acne pills (3.24 g.kg-1), high, medium and low dose group (6.30,3.15,1.58 g.kg-1), oral administration of 5 d, determination of foot volume changes before and after the pro-inflammatory; established xylene to small Mouse ear auricle swelling model and acetic acid induced mouse pain model were divided into model control group, detoxifying acne pill group (4.68 g.kg-1), high, medium and low dose group (9.10,4.55,2.28 g.kg -1), oral administration of 5 d, were observed auricle swelling and degree of writhing. Results: The acne formation strength and the acne reaction intensity were significantly decreased in the Ⅰ 3 dose groups (P <0.01), and the auricle swelling degree and the paw edema in the rats were significantly decreased (P0.01) ; High and middle dose group can significantly reduce the number of writhing reaction in mice (P <0.01); low dose group had no significant effect on writhing response. Conclusion: Ⅰ has obvious anti-acne, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, it is worth further research and development and promotion.
