<正> 海牙规则的正式名称是“InternationalConvention for the Unification ofCertain Rules of Law relating to billof lading”。译文是“关于统一提单的若干法律规定的国际公约”。因为该公约是在海牙(Hague)起草的,故而将该公约简称为“海牙规则(Hague Rules)。
