消化道出血是一种较为常见的消化系统疾病,若治疗不及时或治疗不当极易导致周围循环系统急性衰竭,严重者甚至导致死亡。因此,有效、安全的止血是抢救的关键。内镜下止血的优点是止血效果好、风险低、创伤小。但内镜下止血治疗时,患者极易出现呕吐、恶心、焦虑、恐惧等症状。本文探讨细致化护理对消化道出血舒适度及止血效果的影响,为消化道出血的护理提供临床实践参考依据。
Gastrointestinal bleeding is a common digestive system diseases, if not treated properly or improperly treated can easily lead to acute circulatory system failure, severe cases and even lead to death. Therefore, effective and safe hemostasis is the key to rescue. Endoscopic hemostasis has the advantage of hemostatic effect, low risk, trauma. However, endoscopic hemostasis, the patient prone to vomiting, nausea, anxiety, fear and other symptoms. This article discusses the effect of meticulous care on gastrointestinal bleeding comfort and hemostatic effect, providing reference for the clinical practice of gastrointestinal bleeding care.
