木毒蛾(Lymantria Xylina Swinhoe)核多角体病毒病的自然发生及流行病学的研究,是有效地应用多角体病毒大面积防治木毒蛾的重要依据。几年来我们对沿海木麻黄防护林中的木毒蛾核多角体病毒在寄主世代内与世代间传递和传播,影响病毒病流行的环境因素及与寄主种群密度相互关系等进行了一系列的调查研究。目前初步摸清了莆田地区沿海木麻黄防护林中木毒蛾核多角体病毒病的流行规律,为今后应用病毒大面积防治木毒蛾提供了可靠的理论依据。现将我们1976—1980年以来的调查研究结果整理如下:
The natural occurrence and epidemiological study of Lymantria Xylina Swinhoe nuclear polyhedrosis virus is an important basis for the effective application of polyhedrosis virus for controlling large area woodpecker moth. In recent years, we carried out a series of investigations on the transmission and dissemination of C. parvum nuclear polyhedrosis virus in the host generation and generations, the environmental factors influencing the epidemic of the virus and the relationship with host population density in coastal Casuarina Shelterbelts. At present, the epidemic law of nuclear polyhedrosis virus in the forest of Casuarina equisetifolia in coastal areas of Putian was initially found out, which provided a reliable theoretical basis for the future large-scale control of the virus.
