探讨星豹蛛体内重金属毒害与抗氧化酶活性的关系,本文测定了3种重金属(铬、铅、锌)对星豹蛛成蛛体内的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响,分析了Cr6+、Pb2+、Zn2+胁迫星豹蛛不同时间段后其体内SOD、CAT活性变化趋势。结果表明:Cr6+、Pb2+、Zn2+均能影响星豹蛛体内的SOD与CAT活性,使SOD与CAT活性升高,且处理组与对照组酶活性差异显著(P<0.05),星豹蛛体内SOD与CAT活性对重金属表现出显著的时间和剂量效应(P<0.05)。研究结果说明星豹蛛对3种重金属作出了不同程度的应激反应,这是由于星豹蛛处于生理逆境时,其体内的自由基水平发生变化,SOD、CAT参与作用响应而改变活性。
To investigate the relationship between heavy metal toxicity and antioxidant enzyme activities in star leopard spider, the effects of three heavy metals (chromium, lead and zinc) on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase CAT) activity of the species, the changes of SOD and CAT activities were analyzed after different periods of Cr6 +, Pb2 + and Zn2 + stress. The results showed that both Cr6 +, Pb2 + and Zn2 + could affect the activity of SOD and CAT, and the activity of SOD and CAT increased, and the difference of enzyme activity between treatment group and control group was significant (P <0.05) And CAT activity showed significant time and dose effects on heavy metals (P <0.05). The results showed that the star leopard spider on the three kinds of heavy metals to make different degrees of stress response, which is due to the star Leo spider in physiological stress, the body’s free radical levels change, SOD, CAT involved in the role of response and change activity.
