企事业人事档案是企事业单位全面考察职工和发现人才、使用人才、管理人才的重要依据,在人力资源开发、人才政策制定等方面具有重要意义。随着我国市场经济改革的逐步加深,原有的企事业单位人事档案管理受到严重冲击,在管理方面出现了许多问题,已经不能适应当前新形势的发展要求。本文就我国目前企事业档案管理工作面临的困境,探讨改革途径,促进档案管理制度的完善。
Enterprises personnel files is an important basis for enterprises and institutions to comprehensively examine employees and discover and use talents and managerial talents, which is of great significance in terms of human resources development and personnel policy making. With the gradual deepening of the reform of the market economy in our country, the personnel archives management of the original enterprises and institutions has been seriously affected. Many problems have emerged in management and the current requirements of the new situation have not been met. This paper discusses the current difficulties in the file management of enterprises in our country, discusses the ways of reform, and promotes the improvement of the file management system.
