读者工作是图书馆赖以生存和发展的基础,移动互联网时代的到来,给读者群体生存和发展带来了机遇和挑战.文章以文成县图书馆为例,通过分析区域图书馆的读者群体现状,挖掘潜在读者存在的原因,并结合“互联网”时代背景开展的措施与效果.以此为经验以期为图书馆读者工作提供参考.
